Walk for Nepal
Walk for Nepal
Before you get bored of hearing about my challenges and fundraising ventures, rest assured that soon I’ll be taking a well-earned hiatus in the build-up to my Aconcagua expedition later this year to focus on my book. I need to do whatever it takes to make the boat go faster.
But until then…
3 MONTHS ON- NEPAL NEEDS OUR HELP!
On Sunday the 26th July I’m organising a fundraising walk on the stunning Sandstone Trail in Cheshire to support the Nepal earthquake victims. Over 8,000 lives have been taken across a beautiful nation of people, who give so much when they have so little. Houses are ruined and unsafe to live in, schools are crumbled to the ground and hospitals cannot cope with the huge number of severely injured people. Families are torn apart, children orphaned, and living in tents. And if you were wondering, the idea of the Bigmoose project is that of my friend Jeff Smith- it’s all about spreading good and positivity in the world.
Please come along and show your support or spread the word!
WHAT… Leisurely circular walk approx 6 miles on the scenic Sandstone Trail. The guided route will take in beautiful wooded trails and farmland around historic Burwardsley, Bulkeley Hill and Rawhead, with views to Beeston and Peckforton. All ages and dogs welcome. The route is mostly off road with steps- walking boots highly advised
