Very excited to reveal the trailer for ‘Head Above Water’, a brand new film by Garth Dew, brought to you by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports!
The film explores my journey of identity, mental health, adventure and discovering the healing power of open water swimming during Long Covid. It then follows my attempt at a comeback challenge on the Frog Graham Round last summer – to run roughly 40 miles, ascend over 15,000 ft, and swim 2 miles across 4 lakes for Mind Over Mountains.
The launch will be at Force Cafe Ambleside on Friday 23rd February, with a Q&A from Garth and myself. Food & drink available to purchase. TICKETS HERE>
