Camp 1 Update

At Camp 1 for a second night, feeling strong. The Ice cliff and Cho Oyu is right behind me.

Climbing an 8000m peak is bloomin’ hard, but mental health challenges can be just as daunting and dangerous for many people, especially young, where support is often swamped by demand.

Mental health problems are no sign of weakness and that’s why I’m supporting Young Minds over the next 12 months to help young people get the help they need in a time of crisis. Maybe every step of pain out here can mean one less person suffering back home – let’s rally together and see what we can do!
